Online voting will start Friday March16th ,2018 at 12:00 am and end at 8:00am on Saturday, March 16h , 2018. Once on your account, click on the "Resources Box" at the Top. From the dropdown boxes select E-Forms" and then chose the Vote form. You must chose "Yes" or "No" for the 2018 Budget Vote, $75.00 Dues increase.Complete your vote and send.

Attention Home Owners
We want to inform you of the available options that will
allow you to cast your vote for the 2018 BUDGET ,$75.00 dues increase . No matter which option is chosen, you may only cast 1 vote per property,
as defined by Article II- Members, Item 2-"Additional Lots shall not be considered Voting Units under PRCA Bylaws and thus do not entitle the owner (s) to additional votes at membership meetings.
The Pine Ridge Community Association Board of Directors

held at the Pine Ridge Clubhouse on Saturday March. 17th , 2018
from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Absentee ballots are available for members in good
standing and must be received by the Community Manager by 4:00 p.m. on Friday
16th , 2018. Please contact the office if you want to request
an absentee ballot. (All requests must be in writing).
Note:Only members in good standing are entitled to vote and
